What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day window in which you can return your product(s). To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be in original condition, which includes fully intact packaging and tags. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on inspection of the returned product once it's been received.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team to receive a shipping label. After the return has been processed, you will have 10 business days to ship the product(s) back to us. It may take up to 5 business days to process the return once it's received.
Please include your order number and associated email when contacting the Customer Service team.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax in all U.S. states we ship to, which currently is limited to the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
I placed an order and the product is out of stock - what happens next?
Unfortunately, inventory is not always 100% accurate due to processing times between systems. We sincerely apologize if this affects your order. If you notice your purchase is now out of stock, or we issue a cancellation for your order, you will receive an email offer from our Customer Service team, within 24 hours (M-F), to either:
- replace the product in another style
- receive a store credit/discount
- receive a full refund of your purchase
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately it's not eligible to be canceled. We believe quick shipping is a fundamental aspect of being an online retailer, so our fulfillment team works quickly to process your orders. If you have not received a shipping notice, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can cancel your order.
How can I change something on my order?
Our Customer Service team will work with you to make changes up to an hour after the order will placed. We will not be able to make any changes outside of the one hour window or if your order has already shipped.
Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
Absolutely! We are always looking for more retailers of our products. Please reach out to our Business Development team for more information on becoming an Authorized Dealer.
